Terms & Conditions

Last updated: 14 June 2026

These terms apply to your use of the gardenkit.pro website and, together with a signed proposal, to event management services provided by Verve Events & Experiences Sdn. Bhd. (Registration No. 202101018435 (1417382-K)), a company incorporated in Malaysia with its registered office at Level 20, Menara Hap Seng 2, Plaza Hap Seng, No. 1 Jalan P. Ramlee, 50250 Kuala Lumpur.

1. Use of this website

Content on this site is provided for general information about our services. You may browse, link to and quote short extracts from it, but you may not reproduce substantial portions, scrape it, or use it to build a competing service. Submitting an enquiry through the site does not create a contract; engagements begin only when both parties sign a proposal.

2. Proposals and quotations

Quotations remain valid for thirty days unless stated otherwise. Prices are expressed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) and exclude applicable taxes unless the proposal says otherwise. Third-party costs such as venue hire, catering and licensing are estimates until confirmed by the relevant vendor.

3. Payments

Unless a proposal states different terms, engagements are secured with a fifty percent deposit, with the balance due fourteen days before the event date. Consultancy blocks are payable in advance. Late payment may delay bookings with venues and vendors, for which we cannot accept responsibility.

4. Client responsibilities

You agree to provide timely approvals, accurate guest information and any brand assets needed for production. Where you supply personal data of your guests, you confirm you are entitled to share it with us for the purposes of the event.

5. Changes and cancellations

Scope changes are agreed in writing with any cost impact stated before work continues. Cancellation terms, including the treatment of deposits and committed vendor costs, are set out in each proposal and vary with how close to the event date the cancellation occurs. See also our Return & Refund Policy.

6. Liability

We carry public liability insurance appropriate to the events we produce. To the extent permitted by Malaysian law, our aggregate liability under any engagement is limited to the fees you have paid us for that engagement. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for failures caused by events beyond reasonable control, including severe weather, government restrictions or venue closures.

7. Intellectual property

Concepts, decks and designs we prepare remain our property until the related invoices are paid in full, after which agreed deliverables transfer to you. We may photograph events we produce for our portfolio unless you ask us not to in writing.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia, and the courts of Kuala Lumpur have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute that cannot be resolved amicably.

9. Contact

Questions about these terms can be sent to [email protected] or by post to our registered office.
